Before joining Ironside, Mike served as Director of Operations for TerraClear, a technology company focused on automating the worst jobs in agriculture. Prior to TerraClear, Mike served eleven years as a Naval Officer and SEAL at various commands across the globe. Mike graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a BS in Ocean Engineering and from the Naval Postgraduate School with an MBA in Financial Management.
