Mr. Bulloch is a Senior Consultant at the Market-Based Management Center. Kelly served in a variety of finance and business leadership roles throughout his 26-year career at Koch Industries, Inc. and its affiliates from 1987 to 2014. Kelly also was the chairman of the board of Koch Business Solutions. Kelly is a certified public accountant and graduated from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas in 1987.
